WASHINGTON – Today, Representative Josh Harder announced that $499,581 in funds will be heading to San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties to fight the homelessness crisis. These funds will be used to maintain emergency shelters, conduct street outreach programs, and rapidly re-house those experiencing homelessness.
