Among its many provisions, is Harder-authored text that requires registered lobbyists to disclose their title and clients whenever they make contact with a member of the Legislative or Executive Branch.

WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Josh Harder (CA-10) announced that the Save Stanislaus COVID Intervention Program has received a $158,293 grant dedicated to providing critical and immediate help to local small businesses harmed by the pandemic.
