WASHINGTON - This morning, Representative Josh Harder sent a letter to the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), demanding resources for fighting the growing spread of Xylazine the “Zombie Drug” in street drugs like fentanyl.

WASHINGTON – This week, Representative Josh Harder delivered a $255,000 check to the Tracy Police Department to fund a new project that assists law enforcement officers in identifying and tracking vehicles involved in criminal activity, including human trafficking and drug smuggling. Rep. Harder personally secured these funds through the Federal Community Project Funding process.
WASHINGTON – Today, Representative Josh Harder voted to pass the bipartisan Invest to Protect Act which will make critical, targeted investments in local police departments across the Central Valley. Rep. Harder has been pushing to pass this bill since early this year. The legislation will send additional resources to police departments with fewer than 125 officers.
