WASHINGTON – Today, Representative Josh Harder (CA-9), a member of the powerful House Appropriations Committee, announced he secured $963,000 in federal funding for the Stockton Police Department’s (SPD) Public Safety Program. Harder secured the federal funding through a Community Project Funding (CPF) grant which will be used to purchase a license plate reader (LPR) system and other equipment to protect police officers and fight crime.
