WASHINGTON, DC – The U.S. House of Representatives today passed Representative Josh Harder's amendment to close the wage gap for women of color.

Washington DC – This week, Rep. Josh Harder officially co-sponsored H.R. 6, the Dream and Promise Act of 2019 to provide a pathway to citizenship to our nation's Dreamers, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders and our Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) holders.
There are 4,600 DACA recipients in California's 10th Congressional District, and up to 7,600 people who are eligible to enroll in DACA. Should these recipients be forced to leave their communities, it would represent a $254,900,000 loss of economic output for the 10th Congressional district.

Washington D.C.—Today, in a major win against Washington's culture of corruption, an amendment authored by Representative Josh Harder (CA-10) on lobbying disclosures was included in the final package of H.R. 1, the For the People Act.
The For the People Act is the most sweeping piece of election reform and anti-corruption legislation since the Watergate Era, and the Harder amendment says that whenever a registered lobbyist makes contact with members of the Legislative or Executive Branch, they must disclose they are a lobbyist and which clients they work for.
