Some of Rep. Harder's constituents still have not received their benefits after applying months ago and others have had to make repeated calls to the agency.

Modesto, CA – Today, Representative Josh Harder (CA-10) announced two federal investments through the Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide support to survivors of human trafficking in Modesto and Tracy. The investments are being made through the DOJ's Housing Assistance for Victims of Human Trafficking Program and total $788,855. The funding will be used to support victims of human trafficking by addressing the trauma they experienced and aiding their transition back into the community.
