WASHINGTON — Today, Representative Josh Harder sent a letter to Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg urging him to prioritize Central Valley infrastructure projects as his department begins to dole out federal funds from the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
