The grand prize winner will have her work of art displayed in the United States Capitol Complex for an entire year and receive a trip to attend a separate ceremony in Washington celebrating her achievement. To attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, or the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, a student must be nominated by a member of Congress.
