WASHINGTON – Following Representative Josh Harder (CA-9)’s advocacy, FEMA has announced it will reverse its original course and keep its Stockton Disaster Recovery Center open to continue helping San Joaquin County flood victims into next week. FEMA had originally planned to close its Stockton Disaster Recovery Center at close of business today, Friday, February 10th.
