Students Require Nominations from Members of Congress; Applications Due October 31st

WASHINGTON – Representative Josh Harder (CA-10) is encouraging students in the Central Valley to apply to his office to request an official military academy nomination. To attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, or the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, a student must be nominated by a member of Congress. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy does not require nomination. All information for interested applicants is below and can be accessed on Rep. Harder’s website.

“One of the greatest privileges I have as a Congressman is to help the Central Valley’s best and brightest become the next generation of military leaders,” said Rep. Harder. “I have full confidence in the young people from our community, and I have no doubt our students will rise to meet the challenges of our US Service Academies.”
