2025 Educator Impact Awards
Congressman Harder is pleased to announce the opening of nominations for the 2025 Educator Impact Awards. Nominations are open to all teachers, administrators, and educational support staff within California's 9th Congressional District. These awards are a chance to shine a spotlight on the incredible educators who dedicate their lives to shaping our future. From classrooms to playgrounds, from administration offices to after -school programs, our educators are the heart of our community, molding the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators.
We all know a teacher or staff member who goes above and beyond, not just meeting the standard, but raising the bar for what education should be. They're the ones staying late, making sure every child feels seen, heard, and supported. They're the ones sparking curiosity, building confidence, and creating a brighter future for all of us. It's time we recognize their invaluable contributions.
We ask that you nominate an educator who has made a lasting impact in your life or community. Whether they are inspiring students from the front of the classroom or working behind the scenes, let's give them the recognition they deserve. You can nominate in the following categories but are not limited to these. Only 10 recipients will be selected.

- School Support Staff (Bus, Security, Maintenance, Food Service)

You can share this information and submit multiple nominations if you know more than one educator who deserves recognition. Those selected will be celebrated at the 2025 Educator Impact Awards Ceremony, an event dedicated to honoring the extraordinary work these educators do.
